1. Increasing the number of cadres in all the disciplines
• Increasing the number of qualified faculty members to 22 in four years
• Increasing the number of qualified assistant staff to 22 in four years
• Increasing the number of technicians and research assistants to 4 in four years
2. Completion of specializations and research orientations
• Prioritize the required research disciplines
• Applying plans for Master and PhD for the assistant staff in accordance with the required priorities
• Upgrading the assistant staff efficiency to finish the masters and PhD dissertations fast
3. Allocation of places for research laboratories
• Inspecting the available places at the Faculty
• Including the allocation of places for research laboratories in the urgent Faculty plan
• Taking administrative procedures to include the department's needs in the urgent Faculty plan
4. Preparing and Equipping the Labs
• Preparing technical specifications and estimations of labs
• Encouraging the advancement of competitive projects for equipping labs
5. Developing the educational process and improving students services
