Educational Goals of the Program

The main goal of the Mechatronics Engineering Program is to prepare an engineer who has the ability to handle Mechatronics systems very efficiently by having a good understanding of the principles of mechanical engineering and electrical engineering as well as the basics of computer and information system through a good integration program. After completing the program, the graduate will be able to:
1- Design, installation, development and maintenance of mechatronic systems to measure and control their performance
2- Application of scientific knowledge in mathematics, science and engineering
3- Ability to use modern techniques, skills and engineering methods in mechatronics engineering applications.
4- Ability to design and demonstrate experiments with analysis and interpretation of data.
5- Ability of graduate to interact and work within a multidisciplinary team.
6- Ability to identify, formulate and solve engineering problems.
7- Understanding of professional and ethical responsibility.
8- Ability to communicate with surroundings effectively.
9- Ability to understand the importance of broad culture and continuing education
