Strategic Objectives

They are represented in:

1.       Increasing the number of qualified academic staff to be 21 in 5 years

·         Following up finishing the masters and PhDs of the assistant staff and foreign students with a range of 2-3 years for master and 3-4 years for PhD

·         Providing an active research environment for the academic staff

·         Activating training courses to serve the research process of the academic staff

·         Increasing the number of the qualified assistant staff to be 14 in 5 years

·         Providing an active research environment for the assistant staff and the postgraduate students

·         Increasing the number of the lab engineers to be 4 and the technicians to be 9 in 5 years

·          Activating training courses to serve the research process of the assistant staff and the postgraduate students

·         Applying a plan for appointing engineers and technicians in the labs from the toppers according to the Faculty's abilities

2. Completion of the specializations and research orientations

·         Applying priorities for the required research specializations

·         Applying plans for the master's theses and PhD dissertations of the assistant staff according to the required periorities

·         Upgrading the efficiency of the assistant staff to complete the masters and PhDs fast

·         Expansion of the specializations which attract the Egyptian and foreigner postgraduate students

3. Choosing places to the research labs

·         Finding the available places at the Faculty

·         Enrolling the chosen places for the research labs in the urgent Faculty plan

 

 

4. Preparing and Equipping the Labs

·         Preparing the technical specifications

·         Encouraging the competitive projects to equip the labs
