The department seeks to qualify the graduates to be pioneers in the field of mechanical power engineering and its applications locally and worldwide, and to cope with the national standards to fulfill the requirements of the surrounding society and the national projects of Egypt’s vision 2030.

Mission

The mission of the department stems out of the mission of the faculty which can be summarized in graduating engineers having the ability to compete academically and professionally, to be acquainted with the ethics of the career and able to contribute effectively in achieving sustainable development goals related to that field.
