To extract the temporal graduation certificate:
The student submits a release request from the scientific departments which the he/she studied at during the period of study at the faculty. The student submits a request to Faculty Dean to take back his documents. Three personal photos, a photocopy of the ID card, the determined stamps, and a receipt of payment of the fees of the original certificate are to be attached.
To authenticate the temporal and original graduation certificates and the assessments:
The student submits the certificates which need to be authenticated to the Alumni Unit affiliated to the General Administration for Education and Student Affairs to be reviewed and authenticated by Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The original certificate is extracted after being written and reviewed by the General Administration of Education and Student Affairs and ratified by University President and Faculty Dean.
The certificate is to be handed to the student himself or to his representative.
To amend the data:
The student submits the temporal and the original certificates in addition to the documents which ensure amendment to the faculty to take the required procedures to be submitted to the faculty council. The temporal certificate is extracted from the faculty before and after amendment.
The correct data are to be written down on the original certificate.
To extract a replacement for the original certificate:
A request is submitted to University Vice President and the corrupted certificate or a police report on the loss of the certificate is attached.
All the fees are paid at the university warehouse and the receipt of payment is submitted to the Alumni Unit to take all the procedures to extract and authenticate a new certificate.
