Prof. Ahmed Nasr, Dean of Faculty of Engineering, and Prof. Yasser Al-Samadouny, received today the new students within the framework of the events of the orientation day which targets informing the students with the academic system, bylaws, scientific departments, and student activities, in addition to their rights and duties.
During the speech he delivered, Prof. Ahmed Nasr expressed his happiness to receive the new students affirming that the university is considered a new start in their personal and practical life, pointing out that the study at the faculty requires great efforts to achieve success.
In addition, he tackled the most important points listed in the bylaw of credit-hour system. He answered the questions of the students, affirming that his office is always open to receive them all the time. He added that he is keen on following-up their academic study via inspecting the lectures or teaching them in person.
For his part, Prof. Yasser Al-Samadouny chatted with the students about some of the prominent aspects of the academic life, calling them to invest that stage to develop their skills and refine their talents.
