Faculty of Engineering at Tanta University announces holding an orientation symposium on its unique programs operating under the credit-hour system with tuition fees on Monday, September 7th, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. in Lecture Hall (1) at the Workshops Building.
The symposium aims to introduce new students to the unique programs, which focus on specialized fields designed to meet labor-market needs. It will also highlight modern and advanced educational systems that prepare graduates of these programs to meet the demands of both local and international job markets.
Faculty of Engineering currently offers six distinguished programs: Mechatronics Engineering, Artificial Intelligence Engineering, Construction Engineering, Environmental Architecture Engineering, Energy and Electrical Systems Engineering, and Biomedical Engineering. The symposium will provide an overview of all six programs.
Students who meet the minimum admission requirements for government engineering faculties, as well as graduates who fulfill the required conditions, may apply to these programs. Transfers are also permitted from equivalent engineering faculties, as well as between other programs within the faculty.
