Mission:
The mission of Chemical and Petrochemical Engineering Department at Faculty of Engineering is to graduate Chemical and Petrochemical Engineers who possess professional engineering attributes and are capable of working in petroleum companies, petrochemical industries, consumer products, electronic materials, energy, food, fertilizers, cement, textiles, polymers, pulp and paper, and environmental sectors.
Graduates are qualified and equipped with the skills, knowledge, and practical experience necessary to integrate theoretical study with real-world practice, achieving excellence and leadership in the area of Chemical and Petrochemical Engineering, in a way that meets societal aspirations locally, regionally, and globally.
Vision:
The vision of the Chemical and Petrochemical Engineering Department is to prepare a creative chemical and petrochemical engineer who possesses the talent and ability to solve problems and make decisions in the petroleum and petrochemical industries in Egypt and the Arab world, and to provide education, research, and awareness activities that serve the needs of both students and the community.
