Prof. Ahmed Nasr, Dean of Faculty of Engineering at Tanta University, extended his heartfelt congratulations to the “Geniuses of Faculty of Engineering” team on winning first place in the “Geniuses of Tanta University Faculties” competition. This outstanding achievement reflects the students’ scientific, cultural, and intellectual capabilities and their ability to compete and excel in various university events.
Faculty Dean expressed his pride in this accomplishment, praising the high level of cultural and scientific knowledge demonstrated by the team members throughout the competition. He commended their broad knowledge, quick thinking, strong analytical skills, and spirit of cooperation and teamwork. He emphasized that this victory reflects the quality of the students’ academic and intellectual development and their commitment to excellence across different fields.
Prof. Nasr added that supporting student activities is one of the top priorities of the faculty administration, due to their vital role in developing well-rounded student personalities, refining intellectual and leadership skills, and strengthening students’ abilities in innovation, communication, and teamwork.
The team secured the title following a highly competitive process consisting of three main stages. The competition began with individual tests to identify outstanding participants, followed by a unified written examination comprising 100 questions covering a wide range of subjects, including science, technology, history, geography, literature, the arts, mental aptitude, and general knowledge.
The Dean concluded his congratulations by praising the winning team members: Abdul Aziz Ahmed Abdul Aziz, Khaled Ahmed Mohammed, Mo’taz Khaled Abdu, Mustafa Mohammed Okasha, Marwan Mahmoud Tosson, and Ahmed Ali Ateyya. He wished them continued success and excellence.
